ANNUAL PASTA CONCERTO & SILENT AUCTION

As a major fundraiser each year, the Clark Band hosts an evening concert featuring our cluster middle school bands from Carpenter, Hendrick, and Schimelpfenig Middle Schools, the Plano Senior PanCats and Jazz Band, and our very own Clark Bands and Jazz Band. We serve an Italian pasta dinner for those who purchase tickets, and hold a very exciting silent auction. This dinner and show, starring these super talented students, is a SPECTACULAR production! We encourage everyone to invite their families and friends to come on out and enjoy the entertainment. See you there!

5:00-7:30pm (specific call times for each of the bands will be emailed separately)

Dinner Ticket Sales (Online or At The Door)

Dinner tickets may be purchased before the event online via the Clark Band website at www.clarkband.membershiptoolkit.com. Tickets purchased online before the deadline will be at a SPECIAL "Early Bird" price!!! Those that purchase tickets online can pick them up at the Ticket Sales "Will Call" table in the Clark HS lobby the evening of the event. Tickets will also be on sale at the door during the event.

Volunteer

This type of event takes a tremendous number of volunteers. There are opportunities to do everything from preparing meals in the kitchen, serving meals, decorating the cafeteria, ticket sales, working the silent auction, and much more!  WE NEED YOUR HELP to make this event happen. Silent Auction Gift Baskets

Each band family is asked to contribute items to combine into themed baskets to be auctioned off as part of the silent auction. Please sign up for a basket donation on MTK. You can shop in person, or for your convenience, shop our Amazon Wish List of needed items. Students can bring their contributions to the band office by the designated deadline. These are an important part of the auction, and we appreciate your contributions!
